Sexual Harassment

After read the texts and known the clash of couture between American and Japanese, I found that it is also the clash of couture between the West and the East.
I think it is very normal in China that such an affair happen to the coworker in a company. Female in China are quite like the Japanese women and in theirs minds, the sexual affair is their primary affair and it is hard for them to talk such a thing to others and gain their support, even though to their best friends, because of their reputation. Sometimes if it happened, in order to not to spread the news to everybody, (both for the man and the woman) it is often solved by the mere compensation.
But what's the different is that in China, we have a union called The Women Union, which is built for pretending women's rights. It is located in every communities, companies, and social organizations such like schools, hospitals and so on. And the union has enough power to plaint to the top Union and court, judging it by laws. Someone who met such a problem can talk such a thing to them and get the union's help. But it is true that unlike larceny and murder, it is hard for others to prove that it happened and it is even hard to force the suspect to tell the truth. So sometimes it still doesn't work.
There's one suppose that if the victim speak out bravely and has the eager to win the battle, everything will become easy to settle. All we need is the whole social environment and the proper law. Now the law in China is very strict with the sexual criminality and the top judgment is the death. But it is clear that it must have strong documents to verify it. So almost the affair happens in office cannot be judged or judged clearly. Whether it is judged clearly and directly is the most important step for the judiciary.
To the truth, it is really a big problem and a big topic in our society and lives. Always, we want to find a way to settle it, but what we should know first is that whether we jump out our original thought and stand on a higher and outer level to see this problem. That will be a better start!
